The premises on which the boarding-house is situated is a place designed and prepared so as to our guests feel good spending time on the fresh air. The body of the building is deep placed in the ground. The dining-room and the kitchen are situated under the ground.

The dining-room is air-conditioned and has a lot of ventilation systems owning to which there is a fresh air in the rooms. There are terraces overgrown with grass and around them there is a lot of trees and shrubs. The unevenness of the terrain is divided with stone walls. Every terrace is joined with the stairs.

In the lower part of the premises there is the a large roofed brick grill and big benches and tables. For children there is a playground and 4-meters diving-board and a tennis table. You can also find two pools with the water purification plant without the life-guard - you swim on your own responsibility. There are two large car parks for 12 cars and scooter rentals.
